Not Tonight is a cabaret show of Jo’s original songs. Often comic and always poignant, her songs describe the lives and wilful desires of a variety of off-the-wall characters. Her women stalk, bully and stamp their feet when they don’t get their own way. Her lovers behave badly, and her relationship with the world, not to mention her own name, is gently skewed. All human weakness is here, lovingly presented and usually forgiven.
